Joe Biden’s Presidency: The dark era of Politics
Joe Biden, the individual who vowed to reunite America from the perceived threat of “Trumpism,” has failed to fulfill his promises, leaving many disillusioned. Despite his inauguration pledge to prioritize transparency, his administration has been anything but transparent. Instead of fostering unity, we have witnessed divisive rhetoric that sows chaos and division.
Biden’s economic policies have had dire consequences for the United States, resulting in the highest inflation rate since the 2008 recession. Despite the urgent need for job growth during the pandemic, the administration has failed to implement effective strategies. The decision to cut off the Keystone pipeline on their first day in office led to increased gas prices, which in turn raised the cost of delivering goods, causing prices to soar. Meanwhile, stagnant wages have left many struggling to afford necessities. The inherited booming economy was quickly undermined by excessive money printing, benefiting the wealthy while devaluing the dollar for the average American. Additionally, the administration’s allowance of foreign adversaries to buy American farmland and export food has further hampered domestic food production. These policies not only contribute to inflation and hinder job growth but also threaten the self-sufficiency and prosperity of American citizens. Urgent reassessment and a focus on sustainable economic growth are essential to mitigate these challenges.
Gas prices have surged under Biden’s leadership, reaching exorbitant levels of up to $5 per gallon. This stands in stark contrast to the Trump era, during which prices dipped as low as $2, or even $1 in certain regions. The once-affordable fuel costs have burdened American families, impacting their daily lives and straining their budgets. Biden’s policies have not delivered on their pledges.
Equally concerning is the waning respect we face on the global stage. Foreign leaders no longer view Biden as a formidable force or fear the potential consequences of his actions. Instead, our nation’s presence has been diminished, resembling that of an insignificant figure. Biden’s perceived susceptibility to external influence raises doubts about his ability to make independent decisions, undermining his credibility as a leader.
While Biden’s push for renewable energy is commendable, it fails to acknowledge the current limitations of technology. The truth is that we have not yet reached the level of technological advancement necessary to entirely replace fossil fuels with renewable sources. Practical challenges arise on rainy days or when car batteries die far from charging stations, rendering the complete transition to renewable energy impractical. Biden gave out a statement saying that the US airlines should stop using fossil fuels for their jets however the hypocrisy becomes evident when government officials, including the Bidens, continue to rely on private jets fueled by the very fossil fuels they criticize. Praising China’s efforts to reduce fossil fuel consumption, despite their significant pollution levels, further raises doubts about the effectiveness of Biden’s policies.
Immigration is another area where Biden’s approach has drawn criticism. The open border policy, lacking proper background checks, raises valid concerns about safety and job security for American citizens. While providing refuge is important, it should not come at the expense of struggling American families. The influx of undocumented immigrants competing for jobs and sending money abroad exacerbates the economic challenges faced by American citizens. Prioritizing the well-being of American citizens should be a fundamental aspect of any immigration policy. The news article from NY Times published in 2021 says that the number of illegal immigrants crossing the border is soaring in contrast to the recent article from The Hindu which says that USA and Mexico agree on tighter immigration. However, nothing has changed, it’s still the same. According to recent news, the border crossing tops 10000 daily, as migrants seek US entry before Title 42 ends. Biden’s stance on the Second Amendment has also sparked alarm among those who cherish their right to bear arms. Exploiting tragic events such as mass shootings and school shootings, Biden propagates an anti-gun agenda under the guise of public safety. However, disarming the entire population is not the solution. Criminals, by definition, do not abide by laws, including gun control measures. Such actions leave law-abiding citizens defenseless, making them vulnerable to criminals. It is crucial to remember that the government should not be perceived as a friend, and history has taught us about the dangers of disarming a nation before imposing tyranny.
Additionally, concerns have been raised regarding the indoctrination of children and the diminishing role of parents in education. The education system should prioritize critical thinking and the development of individual perspectives. However, under the influence of the Biden administration, schools are promoting specific political ideologies while dismissing parental concerns. This disregard for parental involvement and suppression of differing viewpoints undermine the core principles of a well-rounded education. Instances of violence and unfair competition arising from policies that neglect the privacy and rights of biological females, perpetuating a sense of injustice and inequality.
In conclusion, Joe Biden’s presidency has been marked by unfulfilled promises, divisive actions, and questionable agendas. Americans must remain vigilant, hold our leaders accountable, and advocate for the values and principles we hold dear. Only through these efforts can we strive towards a genuinely unified nation that prioritizes the well-being and prosperity of all its citizens.
